By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to the following:
Exact Quantities
Orders are subject to up to a 10% quantity variance in billable overruns or underruns. If you require exact quantities, please let us know.
Payments Accepted
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Your final invoice may include a 2–3% credit card surcharge.
Customer-Supplied Items
Items must be new, unworn, and unlaundered. You assume all responsibility and liability for any costs associated with damaged items during decorating, embroidering, printing, laser etching, heat pressing, or any other production process. In rare cases, apparel purchased off the rack in department stores or malls, or from sources like Amazon/eBay, may be more susceptible to heat and pressure, scorching/burning, or have surface treatments that may affect the adhesion and durability of some of our decorating processes.
Deadlines
Our supply chain is still affected by COVID. While we’re doing everything we can, please plan well in advance and be aware that your order may be delayed due to inventory shortages or production and shipping disruptions. Standard production time on most products is 2–3 weeks. Please note that production time doesn’t begin until the final proof has been signed off and payment has been received. Your order is subject to product availability, inventory levels, production timelines, and shipping delays. While we do everything we can to deliver on time, some factors are outside our control, and we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from late delivery.
Colors
Due to variations in monitors, tablets, and smartphone displays, the item color or imprint color may appear different than shown. Please request a pre-production sample if you need an exact color match.
Authorization & Indemnification
By placing an order with RADSWAG, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc., submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RADSWAG, its affiliates, and its representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of trademarks, copyrights, or any other proprietary rights. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
Payment Terms
Unless prior arrangements have been made, we require payment before your order can go into production. If terms are extended, the purchaser hereby agrees to be bound by the Uniform Consumer Credit Code of the State of Utah. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past-due balances. If the account is referred to collections, the purchaser agrees to pay any collection costs incurred, including reasonable attorney’s fees, filing fees, and court costs.
S&H
Shipping and handling charges may apply and will be included on your final invoice.
Co-Branding
We may include our logo or text—Radswag, radswag.net, Radswag | Salt Lake City, UT, or a variation thereof—on your item in an inconspicuous imprint that does not compete with your logo or branding. If you object, please notify us prior to production.
Logo Integrity and Style Guides
We put a lot of extra effort into making your logo look its best. On occasion, we may make minor edits to your logo to ensure optimal print results. If you prefer we not make these adjustments on your behalf, please let us know.
Graphic/Logo Size and Placement
We follow industry-standard guidelines to ensure your logos and graphics look their absolute best on every product. However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing, slight variations in placement, alignment, and sizing may occur. These minor differences fall within acceptable industry tolerances and are considered normal. Exact placement cannot be guaranteed, and such minor variations will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Artwork Requirements & File Cleanup Fees
Customers are responsible for providing production-ready artwork files. In most cases, the files we receive are low-resolution images or flattened artwork that are not print-ready and require conversion to vector format or significant cleanup. Files created in online platforms such as Canva, VistaCreate, PicMonkey, or similar tools frequently require manual adjustments to make them suitable for professional printing. Issues often stem from how the files are exported or saved, especially when using free versions of these platforms. If your provided artwork requires modification, recreation, cleanup, or conversion to vector format, additional charges will apply. We will always notify you of any file issues and provide an estimate before proceeding. Depending on the scope of your project, we typically include 15–30 minutes of complimentary design time. Additional time is billed at $60/hour in 15-minute increments. We’ll provide an estimate if we expect the cost to exceed $15.
Art File Types:
Preferred: VECTOR – .eps, .pdf, .ai, or .cdr
Acceptable: HIGH-RES image files – .jpg, .tif, .png, etc. (300dpi at 100%)
If we vectorize your image file on a billed basis, we’ll provide you with copies for your own use.
Try Before You Buy
We want you to love your items, so if time allows, we encourage you to “try before you buy.” We can usually provide free samples—you only pay S&H. We’ll credit that amount back to you on any products you choose to purchase.
Quotes
Unless otherwise noted, quotes are subject to change due to inventory availability and supply chain conditions.
LTM
You can sometimes order less than the minimum quantity shown—just ask!
